SUGGESTED USE:
Shake gently before use. Place under the tongue and allow to absorb for 60 to 90 seconds, then swallow. 
For best results begin by taking one dropperful (1 ml) daily. This would be equivalent to 5000mg bottle/30 doses = 166mg CBD per dose. Adjust dosage per individual. Each person accepts cannabinoids uniquely.
